Even though times are changing and veganism is gathering more and more momentum, there is still the belief that it’s restrictive and difficult floating around.
But this isn’t the case! There are so many different meals and sweet treats that can be made with the same few ingredients, which means it’s much easier that you probably think.
So, what are these store cupboard essentials that will make your vegan transition nice and easy… as well as everyday cooking afterwards? The list has been broken up into long-life cupboard goods and fresh fridge goods…
Long-life Cupboard
Chickpeas
Lentils
Mixed Beans
Nutritional Yeast

Coconut Milk (Tinned)
