Here are some more recipes for peanut butter treats...

Preparation : 15 minutes

Setting Time : 1 hour

Ingredients

• 180g Chocolate

• 160g Peanut Butter

• 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (1 tbsp for Chocolate, 1 tbsp for Peanut Butter)

• Pinch Flakey Sea Salt

Method

  1. Place a bowl over a pan of boiling water on a low heat and melt the chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Leave it untouched for around 5 minutes, then test if the chocolate has softened enough (it may still have a rough chocolate piece shape, but if you press a spoon into it, it should melt and lose its shape). If it isn’t ready, leave it on the heat for another few minutes.

  2. In another pan, melt the remaining 1 tbsp coconut oil with the peanut butter - it will take only about a minute for the coconut oil to melt.

  3. Once both the chocolate and peanut butter are melted, line a tray with baking parchment.

  4. Poor the melted chocolate onto the tray and spread it around. Then pour the peanut butter on top and swirl it around onto the chocolate to create the pattern.

  5. Place the tray in the fridge to allow the bark to set, for around an hour.

  6. Once set, take the tray out of the fridge, cut into shards and enjoy!
