Easy 2- Ingredient Naan Bread
Naan bread always seemed a bit daunting to me, like something that is much easier to buy than make, but this is just not true! This naan bread is made with only two ingredients and can be topped with garlic and herbs or enjoyed plain.
We often have curries in my house to use up the leftover veg (Creamy Leftover Curry Recipe Here!), but we can’t have a curry without naan bread! For that matter, why stick to pairing naan bread with curry? You can always make a few extra to store in the fridge and have toasted the next day with some hummus or your favourite dip.
Easy, simple and versatile, this is a go-to recipe!

Preparation : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 2 – 4 minutes per naan bread
Makes : 4 naan breads
Ingredients
– For the Naan Bread –
• 110g Plain Flour
• 150g Cashew Cream (Recipe Coming Soon)
– To Serve –
• Fresh Corriander
• Garlic Butter
Method
– For the Naan Bread –
In a bowl, combine the flour and cashew cream.
Mix with your hands until it comes together into a dough.
Divide the dough into four even pieces and flour your work surface.
Roll out one of the quarters of dough to around 5mm thick and place into a heated frying pan or iron skillet. Cook the naan bread for 1 – 2 minutes on each side and transfer to a rack to cool. Repeat for the remaining dough and leave them to cool.
To serve, I brushed garlic butter over the top and sprinkled with coriander, but finish with any topping you’d like!
