3 Ingredient Cashew Cream

There's nothing like a simple recipe, with few ingredients that's easy to make and versatile... this cashew cream can be added to anything - coffee, poured over pastries, added to pasta and curries, or just drinking out the jug (there's nothing wrong with that right?!).


Not only is this only 3 ingredients, but it only takes two minutes in a blender and it's done... I mean recipes don't get any easier than that do they?



Preparation : 2 minutes

Making Time : 2 minutes


Ingredients

• 180g Cashews

• 260g Water

• 25g Agave Syrup (or Maple Syrup)


Method

  1. Add the cashews, water and agave syrup in a high powered blender (I use a NutriBullet) and simply blend until smooth.

  2. Once smooth, transfer the cream to a bottle to store in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy!
